First three months of pregnancy tips

Get pregnant is a gift beyond measure from the Almighty. Picture of a cute baby will soon be realized, seemed complete with the presence of a family baby. However, not only the shadow of happiness alone, living a healthy pregnancy is a matter that needs to be considered and carried out by the pregnant women. Pregnancy requires vigilance and care to avoid things that are not desirable. It is therefore necessary tips to keep the pregnancy being undertaken persists healthy. Here are some tips that can be done by pregnant women during the first three months of pregnancy



  • Find out as much as possible about how to lead a healthy pregnancy either through books, news media, television, internet, etc..

  • Make it a habit to brush your teeth after eating pregnant or after vomiting.
  • To avoid dizziness nausea and other, try slowly when pregnant women about to wake up from sleep or lie down, do not do it all at once and spontaneously
  • It helps pregnant women eat small meals but often, it is also to prevent pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting

  • Drink warm milk when pregnant women suffer from insomnia or difficulty sleeping.
  • When women experience constipation, drink at least 12 glasses of water a day.
  • If a pregnant woman feels pain in the lower abdomen and visible presence of blood spots, especially after pregnancy age> 4 weeks, call your doctor immediately.
